1966 Volkswagen Single Cab truck converted to use a Porsche drivetrain and suspension.  The truck incorporates the suspension from a 1988 Carrera in the front and rear, brakes from a 911 Turbo.  Power is provided by a 3.6 liter engine running Motec engine control and a G50 transmission. Build included custom fabrication of a tube frame incorporated into the stock tub as well as design and installation of ancillary systems.  We are currently test driving and fine tuning it before we proceed to do a full strip down for restoration and finishing.
